Tom Hamilton, founder of BeneFLEX,  spent 15 years working in the health insurance and benefits industry,  understands, first hand, the difficulty that small to medium size employers go through finding solid alternative solutions to the challenges of health insurance benefits.

Tom, after working at a Fortune 500 HR Outsourcing company, formed an enrollment and benefit communications agency for small to medium businesses, providing the same support, resources and benefits that the larger companies received. Tom knew the time had come, with changes being made in health care legislation, the need for a true consultants  on healthcare benefits was here.

Thomas (Tom) E. Hamilton is also founder of Carolina Benefit Designs, Inc., formed in 2004, which provides insurance services for the individual market. A former Marine, Tom prides himself on providing only the very best to his clients.  He has a background in Regional and HR management, operations and sales management.  Has specialized in Consumer Directed Healthcare for 6  years.  He has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.  Tom is married with two children and 3 spoiled dogs, residing in Charlotte, North Carolina.
