Our Founder

Tom Hamilton, founder of BeneFLEX, spent 15 years working in the health insurance and benefits industry, understands first-hand the difficulty that brokers have today with helping their clients in finding affordable health benefit solutions.

Tom, after working at a Fortune 500 HR Outsourcing company, formed an enrollment and benefit communications agency for small to medium businesses providing the same support, resources and benefits that the larger companies received. With changes being made in healthcare legislation Tom knew the time had arrived; the need for support to the broker agent community was critical.
